Case Studies: Valiant Steel and Equipment Inc.,

We will take you through some of the processes involved in the developement of the Marketing strategy and Website implementation for a couple of our clients.

Situation appraisal

We approached Valiant Steel and Equipment Inc. with a free IBA (Internet Business Analysis) session that would enable them to find out the short fall in their internet marketing strategy if any. VSE has a website built a few years back and they didn't have an internet markeitng system.

The Approach

We have given them a detailed presentation on how internet marketing works and why every business needs it and what solution that are available best fit their business.

Of course we were processing the project with our business model "ABCs Of Internet Marketing" in mind.

We performed a WSI Webscan analysis to determine the quality of their website and how competetive it is. Webscan gives the diagnostics and detailed instruction how and what to fix.

We proceeded with onilne business analysis using keywords and key phrases that describe Valiant Steel's products and services. This step also tells us how competivtive the industry is and the effort needed to bring our client to that level.

The Solution and Proposal

Valiant Steel was very skeptical about our optimization techniques, however, there were willing to listen to the end.

Valiant Steel agreed to take the solutions recommended in 2 phases. The first step was revamping the website based on Webscan report and performing Search engine optimization for 3 months at a time. The second step being the implemetation of Google pay per click campaign, first on trial basis.

The optimization work gave results instantly, Valiant Steel started poping up on Google and Yahoo for steel pipe related searches such as "steel pipe atlanta" ,"steel pipe Alabama", "steel pipe Georgia". More had to be done as Valiant Steel needs targeted marketing nationwide. Thus, Google pay per cilck was implemeted in addition to the SEO effort made constantly.

The Results

The combined effect was astonising. The 2nd week after full engagment on Google Valiant Steel called and said " We got s*** load of biz from this thing".

Web analytics and reporting were added to the solutions to monitor the activities on the website and to complete the internet marketing system VSE needed.
